Tamil cinema has, for years now, proved that theory wrong, seamlessly melding thought-provoking ideas with impeccable artistry to make for crackling good mainstream cinema. Bollywood, though, has yet to crack that formula, though Gowariker's debut effort "Lagaan" was one exception.
So, who directed the movies Pehla Nasha and Baazi?
I didn't like the tone of the article for its style of talking down to the readers and trying to occupy the moral high ground.

Ok.Many have this misconception.Even in TV channels, i have noticed them calling Lagaan his debut movie.
We could start a blog on Hindu's goofup. can't we? :)
