Well, that is what the former NY mayor Rudy Giuliani said at the Republican convention in NY. Sort of neat logic, right?

You set out to find WMDs.
You don't find WMDs.
You find Saddam.

So you proclaim Saddam = WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction)
