ADMK is better than DMK...

in their internet presence. You would expect DMK, with its strong multimedia presence to have a better website. Sadly, no. Their website is really crappy, especially when compared to ADMK's clean website setup exclusively for the elections (link via Chennai Today).

At-lest the DMK website loads quickly. The ADMK website has some embedded flash video that really pisses you off. I saw it on a dial-up connection and my god it is irritatingly slow! Otherwise... a certainly more informative and better looking website. Somewhere in Indian politics, quality loses out to showmanship.

Kitsch still rules however. :) Maybe it's a deliberate thing. To be crappy and badly designed - and therefore assert that one is not (cough) elite.

Or maybe that's just my convoluted brain.

Anand, for me in a dsl connection it loads immediately. For some fun, read the history section in ADMK site.

Neha, one more difference is there is hardly any Tamil in the ADMK site.

I don't know if they've similar posters flashing every where, but outside my campus, you couldn't miss it - electadmk.com everywhere! An Advertisement for their website!

One of them hacked the other's website in 2002 or so! Wonder when that's going to happen :-)

Admk Ex.Counselor Mr.Sukumar/K M Garden - He is threatening the people everyday. So this kind of politician must be out in the politics then AiAdmk will get good seat.

A court today extended till September 16 the custody of middleman Sukesh Chandrasekhar, arrested by Delhi Police for his alleged bid to bribe an EC official on behalf of AIADMK (Amma) leader TTV Dhinakaran, in a separate seven-year-old cheating case.
