Naive blogger or a murky case?

Remember the Bangalore Railway Station case where Software company executive Nimish was assaulted by RPF? The case has been withdrawn by the victim. He says he withdrew as the Railway officials apologised. Railways DRM says enquiry findings and the evidence gathered could not substantiate any of the allegations made by Nimish. I still tend to believe Nimish, but it is murkier. This case shows how apathy of the system can wear out the victim easily and want him to close the chapter.Suspension and Tranfer, the easy way out for any public service employee in India.

And somebody asked about The Park Hotel Case where the Police Commissioner had issued suspension of licence order? The judge has said this order would be treated as a show cause notice to the hotel. The police chief shall consider the explanation given by the Hotel to the show-cause notice and pass orders within two weeks. I think it will be quietly forgotten.

Good that you posted on this. A cause gone wasted..
When ppl raise a hue and cry when some issue is raised, they should also acknowledge the way it has ended or been brought down! Had just posted my views earlier on this at "updownsouth.blogspot.com".
