Ans: There was a memorial for Lord Cornwallis situated at the junction of Mount Road and Cenotaph Road. Cenotaph: A monument erected in honor of a dead person whose remains lie elsewhere.

Is it something to do with a "Thoppu"...as in a farm.
Remember reading abt it somewhere...cant recollect fully...If this might be hint for others to come up with the answer, wud be glad to know it....
