I wanted to give this a spin when I saw this on Yazad's blog, but knew CCG will tag me. Hence waited for him to tag me before I started
Total Number of Books I Own: Must be about 300-400. One of the perennial postponed jobs is to index the books. I doubt whether I will ever get to do that.
Last Book I Bought: To Kill A Mocking Bird by Harper Lee and Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. I can never buy a single book, there will be atleast two or three bought at one go.
Last Book I Read: The last one was The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.
Five Books That Mean a Lot to Me: I will divide this into English and Tamil, so there will be ten books.
English
The Bridge Across Forever, Jonathan Livingston Seagull - Richard Bach
Fountainhead , We The Living - Ayn Rand
To Kill A Mocking Bird - Harper Lee (It is impossible to believe that this is the only book she wrote. It's like VVS Laxman playing one match, scoring 281 against Australia and stops playing)
The Grapes of Wrath, East of Eden - John Steinbeck
A Town Like Alice - Nevil Shute
Tamil
Barathiyar Kavithaigal - Mahakavi Subramaniya Barathi
Moga Mul - Thi. Janaki Raman
Asokamithran Katturaigal 2 vol - Asokamithran
En Peyar Ramaseshan - Aadhavan
Tharaiyil Irangum Vimaanangal - Indumathi
Tag five people and have them do this on their blogs:

Done but not passing it on , maybe I should tag Hemanth though.
Chenthil, first time here. Book tags are a good meme. Maybe one similarly for movies may bring out the eclectic tastes of some people :-)
Thanks Tilo.

Nallathu pocchu. I don't watch movies either :-)
Hi Chenthil.. Your blog was recommended by google reader and I am happy it did :). Been reading it for the last couple of hours starting from the very first post.
Great work !
I have only read a couple of books from your list here. I have been wanting to read some of these classics that I have heard of hundreds of times, but never read. Your post reiterates it.
