My 2 year old niece was telling stories to a captive audience of adoring relatives.

”பாட்டி வடை சுட்டுட்டு இருந்தாங்களா, அப்ப காக்கா வந்துச்சா..”

I wanted to tease her, so I inerrupted her and asked "ஆமை வடையா , கீரை வடையா?”

She looked at me for a few seconds and said in a clear voice "காக்காய்க்கு புடிச்ச வடை”.
